フィリピンのお酢ベースのソースですが
スパイスビネガーってモノらしいです。

suka(スーカ)って表すみたいなんですが
何となく日本語のお酢に発音が似てますね!

サトウキビ由来のお酢らしく酸味は弱めで
その中に唐辛子、にんにく、タマネギが
漬けこんであるらしいです。

なんだか美味しそう!
